Our story
Talvent was founded by Muhammad Awais, who has lived and worked in the UK and holds an MSc in International Business. He saw two things clearly. Businesses struggle to find and afford skilled staff. And Pakistan has a huge pool of talented, English-speaking professionals ready to do world-class work.
Talvent brings the two together, with a UK company on one side and a carefully managed team on the other, serving clients in the USA, UK, Europe and the Middle East.
