    Role brief and quote

    We send a written brief and a clear monthly price. No hidden costs.

    Search and screening

    We source candidates, test their skills, check references and interview them in English.

    Your shortlist

    You receive 2 to 3 profiles with CVs and our notes, usually within 7 to 10 working days.

    You interview and choose

    Meet your favourites on a video call and pick the one you want.

  6. 6

    Onboarding

    We set up their contract, equipment and payroll. You give them access to your tools and introduce them to your team.

  7. 7

    Ongoing support

    Your account manager checks in regularly. If anything isn't working, we fix it fast, including a free replacement if needed.
